Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Starting a Return: To begin a return, please contact us at support@scentluxclub.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
• Opened perfumes or Damaged Packaging
  
• Perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, between 7 and 10 business days will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. if it takes more than 15 days, please contact us at  support@scentluxclub.com
